At Cozy Courtside your happiness is important to us, so all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.
REFUNDS
Broken, Damaged or Incorrect Item Policy

If any item arrives broken, damaged or is not the item that was ordered, please send a picture to team@cozycourtside.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.
Customer Error Policy

Items can not be refunded due to customer error, so please make sure everything is 100% correct before submitting your order.
Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves with our fast processing, shipping and delivery. As soon as an order comes in, our team prepares it for the next shipment pick-up for the day.
Thus, we only have a 3-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests submitted after this window cannot be accommodated, as the order is likely already packed and with the courier.
You may email team@cozycourtside.com to process a cancellation within the 3-hour window. -
Please note that payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% for each payment processed through their platforms. Consequently, any cancellation requests will incur corresponding payment gateway fees. The deduction applied will vary based on the platform you used.
For instance, PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee. If your order value, which you wish to cancel, is $125, the refund amount will be $114.60.
Additionally, for transactions totaling less than $99, there will be a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit to cover payment processor transaction fees
Holiday Season Policy

During our busy holiday season we try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.

Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Cozy Courtside or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns. We are an "on demand" business. Which means we only produce items when you order them. This allows us to create the highest quality products while offering the lowest possible prices. Due to the nature of personalized on demand business we do not accept returns.
